Welcome, Wonderful Person

Feel. Good. Here.

We are a place that can feel like home.

A place to sink in and settle.

A place where you can make a friend.

We are not showy or pretentious.

We do not compare ourselves to others.

We speak our minds. We listen.

We do not “fix” people.

We do our best work; we are striving always to make that best work better. We are curious; we challenge ourselves to grow.

We know who we are.

Irvington Wellness Center is a place to grow.

We have been serving the community of Irvington and Beyond for over 15 years. We take our work here seriously, and we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We are good at what we do.

We can help you grow. We can help you find part of yourself you thought you had lost.

We can, because working together we can do anything.

The Heart of the Center

  • Community

We strive to build community through creating a friendly, open space where all feel welcome and important. We host 4 free community service events a year.

  • Staff

Some of the best hands in the city are right here in your neighborhood! Sandra and Laura Lea have been manual therapists for over 30 years. Teresa has been doing deep tissue for almost a decade. Our yoga teachers don’t just teach yoga - they live it.

  • Innovation

We are not afraid to try things. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. We foster an environment where people can innovate, dream and make mistakes.

  • Collaboration

We enjoy working with other organizations to provide unique and meaningful experiences for our clients. Irvington organizations and businesses are full of great ideas to foster more community.
