Irvington Wellness Center is delighted to offer the talents and skills of Shawndra Miller. Shawndra has been an Irvington native for over 20 years and has embraced the “fun and funky” neighborhood in a multitude of ways. She loves her 100 year old home, and resides there with her spouse, Judy and their “kids” – Opal, a standard poodle and her tuxedo cat, Eddie. She is a freelance writer – “giving voice to the world’s remaking.” Her Jockamo pizza of choice is Gluten-Free Caprese. Yoga is also a consistent and profound part of her life. She collaborated with Gaynell Collier-Magar on a Yoga + Energy Workshop last year. In addition to giving guidance through the Soul Realignment process, Shawndra also does Energy Realignment for clients at Irvington Wellness Center.

“I came to energy work out of my own healing journey. Everything I learned during my decade of recovery from a chronic illness turned out to be also for the benefit of others. Now my work tends to be about helping people feel their Divine nature and align with their truest selves. I see all of our gifts as essential to mending the world, and helping people reconnect to their soul-level gifts is my great joy.”
Shawndra is certified in Soul Realignment (TM), 2018, and Theta Healing(TM) , 2016; ordained through Church of Universal Life, 2015.
