Private yoga sessions offer one–on–one instruction and are tailored to each student’s individual needs. The sessions allow clients or small groups to learn, deepen, and refine their awareness of postures, as well as developing an understanding of their body’s specific needs. Additionally, clients will learn how to move safely and effectively while practicing yoga. Great for new students, those working with injuries or pain, or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen their practice. Please know individual sessions will be more detail oriented with instruction verses a small group. First time sessions will last an extra fifteen minutes longer to create time to discuss a health history and wellness goals. All tools are provided for sessions but, students are welcome to bring their own mats and bolsters as well.

Private sessions start at $85, then you can add an extra person for $15 extra.
For one person is $85, for 2 people $100, for 3 people $115, for 4 people $130
