Prenatal Massage

A Swedish Massage during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for good prenatal care. A woman’s body goes through some profound changes during pregnancy such as a change in body weight distribution affecting posture and a softening of ligaments causing low back pain or pelvic pain.

A prenatal massage can help relieve some of these normal prenatal discomforts such as backaches, leg cramps, headaches and edema. In addition, the massage can bring relaxation, reduce stress and help with sleep. Special consideration is given to mom and her baby and their comfort on the table.
